Occupational Psychiatry is an under-resourced subspecialty that we address.

We provide:

  • HIMS evaluations for pilots
  • Other occupational psychiatric services*

 

HIMS Evaluations: $1500.00

  • $500.00 due at the time the appointment is scheduled
    • Fully refundable if canceled 72-hours prior to the scheduled appointment in writing and a confirmation of cancelation is received prior to 72-hours of the cancelation request.
    • Non-refundable if canceled 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment
  • $500.00 at the time of the evaluation
  • $500.00 prior to submission of the final report

Outpatient Consultation / Liaison Services

A referral from your primary care provider is required for us to evaluate your case. We may provide outpatient consultation to patients whose primary providers additionally meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Manage their medications
  2. Would like treatment recommendations
  3. Are willing to continue managing the patient’s medications upon receipt of recommendations

Service Fees

Medication Management (Dr. Womack)

  • Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) $300.00
  • Follow-up Appointments (30 minutes) $150.00

Medication Management (Dr. Womack + Trainee*)

  • Initial Evaluation (60-90 minutes) $200.00
  • Follow-up Appointments (30-45 minutes) $85.00

Rosstin Psychiatry does not take insurance. We will provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company, which may allow you to receive reimbursement. We do not see patients that have Medicare or Medicaid.
